We want to push for change that will make our world more equitable for everyone. For this end, we have identified 8 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs) that will help us make a lasting impact.

Nirvah will enable farmers to reduce waste (12) by selling directly to medium sized retailers. Avoiding unnecessary transportation will reduce carbon emissions (13). The farmers will be able to earn a more equitable wage (10). The platform can be used by non-profits to cut costs to serve more people (2). Nirvah’s innovative procurement solution creates more efficient, sustainable and resilient infrastructure (9) in the food industry.

As we grow, we have long term plans to partner with organizations (17) that are able to provide psychosocial support (3) to farmers and their families, and educate both farmers and the wider community (4) on organic/ traditional farming practices that are gentle on the planet and people.
